Yes. We clean after the afternoon session ends, or before the morning one starts.
At the site visit, we ask which rooms the program uses and when. Your scope lists those rooms and when we clean them.
Can you clean our hall after community groups use it in the evenings and on weekends?
Yes. We book cleaning in the evening or on a weekend, once the group has gone.
The hall is on your checklist as its own area, so the report after each clean shows it. Our supervisor locks up when the crew leaves, so nobody from your school has to stay back.
Our site has more than one gate. Can we choose which entry your crew uses after hours?
Yes. At the site visit, you show us the gate and door you want the crew to use.
You and our supervisor agree keys, alarm codes and lock-up for that entry before the first clean. Only the crew rostered to your site uses them.
Do you clean childcare centres and kindergartens in North Melbourne as well as schools?
