Factory units and unit complexes
Commercial and office cleaning in Carrum Downs for the front of your unit.
For trades, wholesalers and small manufacturers whose office shares a unit with a workshop or warehouse. We clean the office end to a written scope, and you decide where it stops.
Unit set-ups
How a unit splits, and where our clean stops.
Every unit divides its space differently. At the site visit, we mark what we clean and what stays with you.

Front office, workshop behind
Desks, a kitchenette and amenities at the front, with the workshop through the back door.
- We clean. The office, kitchen, toilets and the floor up to the workshop door.
- You keep. The workshop, unless you add it to the scope.

Trade counter or showroom
A counter or display area where customers come in, with a warehouse behind it.
- We clean. The counter, the display floor, the front glass and the customer toilet.
- Warehouse floor. Swept and machine scrubbed, if you add it to the scope.

A unit complex's common areas
Shared driveways, bin areas and common property, for owners and building managers.
- Driveways and bin areas. Pressure washed one section at a time, so the rest stays open.
- Common property. Cleaned to a scope agreed with the owners or their building manager.
Starting with us
Starting with a single unit.
One unit or a whole complex starts the same way. Once we've agreed your days, the start date goes in the scope.

Carrum Downs questions
What Carrum Downs businesses ask us.
Can you clean just the front office and trade counter of our factory unit, and leave the workshop to us?
Yes. At the site visit, we walk the unit with you and agree where our clean stops.
The written scope lists the office, trade counter and amenities, and how often we clean each. The workshop stays with you unless you add it.
Our trade counter opens on Saturday mornings. Can you clean after it closes for the weekend?
Yes. We book cleaning around your opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
Tell us your counter's hours at the site visit, and we'll roster the clean to suit. Our supervisor locks up when the crew leaves, so nobody has to stay back.
Do you clean the shared driveway, bin area and common property of an industrial unit complex?
Yes. We clean common areas for owners and building managers.
Driveways and bin areas are pressure washed one section at a time and coned off, so the rest stays open for cars and trucks. Each area goes in the written scope with how often we clean it.
Can you also clean the warehouse floor and racking aisles behind our unit's office?
Yes. We sweep and machine scrub warehouse floors with our own scrubbers, and clean racking aisles and loading docks. We plan the floor work around your shifts and forklift traffic.
The floor goes in your scope as its own line, so you see what it costs. See how we clean warehouses.
Office or floor
Where the office clean ends and the floor clean starts.
A unit's office and its warehouse floor need different equipment. We agree the line between them at the site visit and write it into the scope. If you want the floor done too, we sweep and machine scrub it around your forklift traffic. Each part is priced on its own line.
- The office end. Desks, kitchen, toilets and the trade counter.
- The warehouse floor. Swept and machine scrubbed with our own scrubbers.
- The loading area. Pressure washed when it needs more than a sweep.

Add to the scope
Other work units and complexes ask for.
