Head offices and showrooms
Office cleaning in Port Melbourne inside your building's rules.
For head offices, showrooms and tenants of managed buildings. We work with building management on access, lifts and bin rooms, and clean before your team and visitors arrive or after they leave.
Port Melbourne offices
Head offices, showrooms and converted warehouses.
Each one changes the clean in its own way. We write your scope after walking the site.

A tenancy in a managed building
A floor or suite where the building manager sets the rules on access and lifts.
- Access and passes. Agreed with you and building management before the first clean.
- Lifts and bin rooms. Used the way the building asks.

A showroom with a reception
Glass, display floors and a front desk that clients see first.
- Outside client hours. Cleaned before clients arrive or after they leave.
- Showroom glass. Both sides, from the ground, with water-fed poles.

A converted warehouse office
Open floors on sealed concrete, with high windows.
- Sealed concrete. Machine scrubbed with our own floor scrubbers.
- High glass. We clean what we can reach from the ground, and tell you which panes need other access.
Starting with us
Starting in a managed building.
The building manager's rules shape the first clean. We settle them with you before the start date goes in writing.
Request a Site Visit- 01
We walk the floor with you
With your building manager there, if you like. We look at the rooms and ask about passes, lifts and bin rooms.
- 02
A written price for your floor
Reception, the boardroom and each room, with how often we clean them. We book nothing until you say yes.
- 03
Paperwork for the building
We send our certificate of currency, and agree keys and alarm codes before the first clean.
- 04
A start date the building knows
The start date goes in the scope, so you can tell building management. From then, the same crew and one supervisor look after your floor.
Port Melbourne questions
What Port Melbourne office managers ask us.
Can your cleaners work to our building manager's rules on sign-in, security passes and lift bookings?
Yes. Building management sets how contractors use access, lifts and bin rooms, and we work to it.
At the site visit, we ask what the building requires and agree it with you before the first clean. Only the crew rostered to your office uses your keys, and each cleaner clocks in on our app.
Our building manager wants a contractor's insurance and safety paperwork before work starts. Can you provide it?
Yes. Emera carries public liability insurance, and we'll send a copy of our certificate of currency for your file or your building manager's.
Every cleaner we send holds a current police check, and we keep a copy on file. Our safety policies and safe work procedures are kept on ASSA's WHS compliance system, and we're prequalified on Cm3.
Can you have our reception, boardroom and showroom ready before clients arrive in the morning?
Yes. We clean after your team leaves or before they arrive, and you choose the window.
Reception, the boardroom and the showroom each get their own lines on your checklist. The report after each clean has before and after photos, so you can check them before the doors open.
Do you clean converted warehouse offices with polished concrete floors and high windows?
Yes. We machine scrub sealed concrete floors with our own scrubbers, and check your floor's finish at the site visit.
Our crews clean the glass they can reach from the ground, using water-fed poles. Higher panes need rope access or a boom lift, which we don't do, so we tell you at the visit which windows we can clean.
Working inside a managed building.
In a managed building, the building manager decides how contractors come and go. We work to those rules from the first clean.
At the site visit, we ask about sign-in, security passes, lift bookings and the loading dock. We agree keys and alarm codes with you before the crew starts, and only your rostered crew uses them.
If the building asks for our paperwork, we send our certificate of currency. Every cleaner clocks in on our app, so you have a record of who came in and when.
Reception and the showroom have their own lines on the checklist. The report after each clean shows them in before and after photos.
Pair with
Glass, entries and carpet tiles.
Head offices and showrooms often add these to the regular clean. Each is priced as its own line.
